How long does it typically take to get my logo?
Good things take time (but not too much time). Typically, you’ll get your first logo concepts within 2-5 business days. If you need it yesterday, let’s talk about a rush order.
What if I don’t like any of the initial concepts?
No stress! You’ll have the chance to give feedback, and we’ll tweak the design based on your preferences. Our goal is to create something you love, not just something that looks nice. This does not count against your revision limit.

Do I own the rights to my logo?
Absolutely. Once you approve the final design and payment is complete, it’s all yours. You can slap it on everything from business cards to billboards with no worries.
Will I get the source file?
Yes! If you've chosen the standard or premium logo packages, you’ll receive high-resolution files (PNG, JPG, EPS) plus vector formats (AI, SVG) so you can scale your logo from Instagram profile pic size to side-of-a-building size without losing quality.
Can you make a logo that includes a drawing/sketch I already have?
Of course! If you have an existing sketch or idea, I can refine and digitize it into a polished, professional logo. Just upload it when you fill out the intake form!
Can I request changes after the final logo is delivered?
Revision rounds are included in the design process, so you’ll have plenty of chances to tweak things before the final delivery. If you need edits after final approval, we can discuss an affordable revision rate.
What if I need my logo in different colors later?
No problem! we provide color variations (like black-and-white or single-color versions) upfront. If you need additional colorways later, just reach out!
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a custom design service, refunds aren’t available. However, my goal is for you to be thrilled with your logo, so I work closely with you to ensure you love the final result.
